8.20pm - 9.00pm 'A Career in R&D and spin-out company' by Dr. Tiancun Xiao,  who founded Oxford Catalysts Group PLC in October 2004 and serves as its Chief Science Officer and Executive Director of Oxford Catalysts Group from March 29, 2006 to May 15, 2008. Dr. Xiao is a Team Leader of the Wolfson Catalysis Centre and Senior Research Fellow at the Chemistry Department of the University of Oxford.
